Extra virgin olive oil of Montecatini Hills

It is produced exclusively with olives from Valdinievole hills; picked by hand and crushed in our oil-mill.
The crushing process and the other olives working treatments are carried out by a simply mechanical action through ALFALAVAL machinery.

Features:
  • Acidity less than 0,3%
  • Very good fruity taste, just a little spicy, not much bitter with green colour with gold reflections, scent of almond and of green leaf.

Extra virgin olive oil Tuscan I.G.P. (sheltered geographical origin)

Produced exclusively with olives from Valdinievole hills; picked by hand and crushed in our oil-mill. To obtain the Tuscan I.G.P. certificate the members must follow the rules of   “Consorzio dell’Olio Toscano”.

Features:
  • Acidity less than 0,2%
  • Very good fruty and spicy taste, not much bitter with green colour with gold reflections, scent of almond and of green leaf.
IGP

Our olive oil is available in different sizes: 750 ml classic bottle, gift-wrapped of 2 or 3 bottles, 5 L. elegant bottle “dama”, 5 L. elegant tin.
The best use of our oil is on vegetables, for bruschetta (garlic bread) and panzanella or for game or frying.
We suggest to use it also for: boiled beans, beans soup, ribollita and Tuscan soup, pieces of pig's liver, boiled meat and thinly-sliced raw meat.
