Panzanella

Panzanella Ingredients: stale bread, tomatos, onions, basil, cucumbers, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.

Way of cooking: cut the bread into slices, soak it in cold water.
Squeeze the bread with the hands, put it un a basil and add cut vegetables, basil, extra vergin olive oil,salt and pepper. Mix it accurately.




Fettunta

Fettunta Ingredients: bread, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper.

Way of cooking: cut the bread into slices, toast it on fire. Rub fresh garlic on the tostated sliced bread and then add salt, pepper and a lot of olive oil. Eat it hot and crisp.

In May,in Montecatini Alto there is the “fettunta festival”, where tourists can taste our famous fettunta made with our best olive oil.
